The PB Scoreboard app for Android. It runs the same scoreboard as the website, but keeps the buzzer and spoken cues playing when the screen locks or you switch to another app — best for anyone scoring games.

Install

1. Open this page on your Android phone or tablet and tap Download Scoreboard.apk. If your browser warns that this type of file can be harmful, choose Download anyway.
2. Open the downloaded file (from the browser's download notification, or the Downloads folder).
3. If Android says it can't install apps from this source, tap Settings and switch on Allow from this source for your browser (or Files app), then press back and tap Install.
4. If Google Play Protect says it hasn't seen the app before, tap More details → Install anyway. The app isn't on the Play Store, so this is expected.
5. Open Scoreboard. Log in as a host to score games, or tap Watch an event and enter a code to follow along.

Updates to the scoreboard itself reach the app automatically — you only need to download the app again if we tell you there's a new version. Installing a new APK over the old one keeps your data. You can switch “install unknown apps” back off afterwards.

🔌 WordPress plugin — Scoreboard Live

Put live games, events or season standings on your own WordPress site. Paste a game, event or season code and the plugin shows the matching view, live from this scoreboard.

Needs WordPress 6.3 or newer. Don't unzip it — WordPress installs the .zip as it is.

Install

1. In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
2. Choose scoreboard-live.zip, click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
3. Go to Settings → Scoreboard Live. Type your 4-digit code into Default code, choose what to show, and click Save changes.
4. Edit the page you want it on. Click +, add a Shortcode block, type [scoreboard] and click Update/Publish.

Which code?

Game code	Shows just that one game.
Event code	The whole event: games, schedule, standings, stats and teams.
Season code	Season standings, stats, the list of events and teams.

The codes come from the scoreboard app when the host creates the game, event or season. The embed can only ever show the code you give it — visitors can't browse to anything else.

[scoreboard mode="widget"]	Compact standings + games lists in a light or dark theme instead of the full view.
[scoreboard height="900px"]	Change the height of the full view.

Everything shown is served live from this site, so scores update by themselves and the plugin never needs updating when the scoreboard improves. If this site is unreachable, the page shows nothing in that spot. Not using WordPress? Any web page can embed the scoreboard with an iframe: <iframe src="https://pbscoreboard.com/?view=1&lock=1234#/t/1234"></iframe> (use #/s/1234 for a season code).
