These terms are between you and SGEnterprise Consulting Ltd, trading as No Fuss Host ("we", "us"), a New Zealand company that runs PB Scoreboard. By using PB Scoreboard you agree to them.
PB Scoreboard is a web app for scoring paintball games and running tournaments and seasons, with live results for spectators. Watching is free. Clubs pay for host accounts to run events, on the plan and price agreed when they sign up.
Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You're responsible for what's done with your club's accounts.
Your club owns the event data it enters. You give us permission to store it, show it to people with your event codes, and display results you choose to publish, so the service can work. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Make sure you're happy for team and player names you enter to be seen by spectators.
Don't use PB Scoreboard to break the law, upload offensive content, interfere with the service, or try to access other clubs' accounts or data. The software, design and app code belong to us: please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer them. Embeds and the WordPress plugin may be used to show your own events as intended.
We work hard to keep PB Scoreboard running and the app keeps scoring when the internet drops, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time, and we'll give clubs reasonable notice of any change that takes away something important.
Fees are as agreed at sign-up and are payable in advance. You can cancel at any time and the service carries on until the end of the period you've paid for. We may suspend an account that's unpaid or that breaks these terms, after letting you know.
PB Scoreboard is a tool for running events. Scores and results are the responsibility of your referees and organisers. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you're using PB Scoreboard for the purposes of a business, including a club, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Questions: [email protected].
